Key Personnel provides staff for many of our clients' accounting departments. If you have experience in accounting, an interest in accounting or a degree within the accounting field, we would love to consider you for our available positions.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER
We have a client that is looking for a full charge bookkeeper to start ASAP. Candidates must have a full knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, payroll and all other functions required to run a successful business. You must be punctual, dependable, and hard-working with 3 or more years of experience in Accounting. This position is temp-hire Monday-Friday 8-5.

ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Administrative Assistant needed for a company’s accounting department in Natomas. Ideal candidates will be punctual, dependable, and hard-working. 1+ years accounting experience required, as well as well developed Microsoft Office skills and experience with accounting software. This position is temp-hire Monday-Friday 8-5.

ACCOUNTING CLERK
Our client's accounting department needs a clerk to help with scanning, faxing, emailing correspondence and data entry. This position requires at least 6 months of recent office experience and the desire to learn and grow in an office that requires business professional attitude and attire.
