Our client has an opening for a entry level, but motivated, forward thinking file clerk in their office. They need a responsible person to help with filing, data entry, mailing and light phones. Excellent communication and organizational skills required, as well as intermediate phone skills and some experience with Word and Excel. This excellent temp-hire position is Monday-Friday, 8-5pm.

Administrative Assistant
An administrative assistant is needed at a busy Sacramento company to create and maintain new systems of organization, and to support the upper level administrative staff in meeting deadlines.
Must be comfortable on the phones and dealing with customers.
Our client is looking for a bright, motivated individual with an enthusiasm for work.
Duties include answering multiple phone lines, copying, faxing, and filing documents, and completing computer work.
