RECEPTIONIST
We need a high energy, professional, dedicated receptionist to act as the first point of contact for our front desk.
Our business has a large volume of clients that come to us for meetings, event planning and business planning. It is extremely important that the person that greets them is polite, professional and enthusiastic.
Requirements include:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Types 45+wpm
At least 2 years previous experience as a receptionist
Has answered 6+ phone lines for 30+ extensions
Positive outlook on work and life, and the work/life balance.
PAYROLL CLERK
Part time payroll clerk position is available for a hardworking and focused individual.
Payroll requires attention to detail, appreciation of the power of numbers, an understanding of the importance of accuracy in your work, and a desire to turn this position into something full time!
This position will require daa entry, answering inquiries by email, and calculating commissions. You will be helping to draft payroll checks for over 300 employees on a bi-weekly basis.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Large Sacramento Corporation need an Administrative Assistant to support their IT team by answering phone calls and routing them to the appropriate technician, putting together reports and manuals, and other general administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
History of longevity with previous employers
Experience supporting 3+ staff
Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
Some IT knowledge would be incredibly helpful as well!
